Had a great stay at the Premier Inn Worthing Seafront. The food was lovely and was served by the equally lovely Simone who was one of the most polite and well mannered people I have ever had the pleasure of meeting - an absolute credit to the company.
We love Premier Inn. Worthing was the first time we stayed there. Staff very friendly all round, had a lovely chat to Christine at breakfast. Fantastic hot breakfast. Very clean all round. Great location. Definitely stay again.
I was very lucky and had a room with a full sea view. From checking in, all staff were friendly and helpful. Bed AMAZING as usual. Breakfast freshly cooked and tasty. I love this hotel.
Stayed here on the 28th of jan 2026. Staff very welcoming and more than willing to accommodate although struggling with staff off and having a member of staff that doesn't work the restaurant helping out it ran rather smoothly, the manager was very accommodating to any delays, the chef was very apologetic for the wait and every member of staff was attentive and more than happy to help. Could of been very easy to get frustrated with the wait but the staff handled it really well with what they had. Food is some of the best I have eaten in a premier and is more than worth the money. We had an excellent couple of days here. The weather was miserable but the hotel was warm and friendly. Spotless room and the breakfast delicious. On our first night the breakfast was individually cooked for us and was one of the best breakfasts we've ever had. Clean and comfy bed. We had a premier plus room which was well worth the extra few £s. Brilliant location on the seafront and bus stops almost outside the door.
Just stayed here for Christmas Eve night and on Christmas morning the staff were really happy and helpful, and the breakfast was the best Premier inn brekkie we have had. The room was as good as usual. Premier in Worthing staff get a full five stars form us! Thank you and a very Merry Christmas and Happy New year to you.
Stayed here a few weeks and the staff were all an absolute pleasure, smiling and chatty. Cracking sleep. A highlight was upon checkout I could buy some small gifts from a lovely guy, I think his name was Kevin (so sorry if incorrect) for my partner and little boy and he was an absolute gem of a guy who made all the jewellery himself and all the donations went the charity. Just fantastic. Will definitely stay again, hopefully next time with a sea view :)
Service at the front desk was fab, rooms were spacious, clean and had all amenities, lovely view of the seafront, bed wasn't very comfortable and was INCREDIBLY creaky so impacted my sleep quite heavily, but everything else in the room was great, lady doing dinner service wasn't the most friendly but food was ok. The lady doing breakfast service was wonderful and the food came out quickly and was fresh and tasty.
